Optimization of SLS forming parameters in the dimensional accuracy of formed parts

In selective laser sintering powder forming, the performance and dimensional accuracy of formed part are affected by process parameters. Different materials have different parameters, there is still no reference standard for PA materials. To solve this problem, in response to PA2200 material was selected, influence scanning interval speed on analyzed. Through theoretical analysis experiments, optimal parameters were obtained. The best combination a 4000mm/s, 0.5mm, size molded has X-axis deviation -0.35%, Y-axis -0.4%, Z-axis -0.25%.
